These are two games that have solidified their reputation for slick and fluid gameplay mechanics that are fun, intuitive, and satisfying. Now after two years of further development and refinement, the game is approaching a full release and people are taking notice. You can also use the portals as a diversion, as an escape method, and even to facilitate movement around the map. They can be used to sneak up on opponents or simply as a means of rushing them. Since the game’s initial beta release, new and better maps have been added to the game as well, as long as weapon balance adjustments and plenty of other quality of life tweaks.</p><p><br></p><p><br data-mce-bogus='1'></p><p>The result is a surprisingly polished FPS that holds its own against anything else on the market right now. The game has seen incredible growth in recent weeks, so much so that the servers can hardly keep up. As more gamers are noticing what <em>Splitgate</em> has to offer in 2021, it’s clear that his game has gone overlooked for far too long.</p><p><br></p><p><br data-mce-bogus='1'></p><p>The team behind <em>Splitgate</em>, indie developers 1047 Games, have been handling the run up to the full release methodically and responsibly. They have even pushed back the date of the release in order to ensure server stability as the game goes mainstream. Originally set for full release on July 27, the game will now be releasing in August of this year.
